First off — who are we, and how did we get here?

We’re a team of former engineers from Amazon, Meta, and Google based in Seattle—card collectors who grew increasingly frustrated with the flaws in the traditional card grading industry. So, we decided to build a better way.

We’ve seen it all: inconsistency, human error, price gouging, and outdated processes. Slow turnaround times. Subjective results. A lack of transparency. For collectors and investors alike, the experience has become frustrating and unreliable.

  • How do I submit a card?

    Submitting a card for grading is simple—just order the number of grades you need, no card details required. Our proprietary system instantly recognizes your card’s details within a fraction of a second. Unlike old-fashioned grading companies stuck in the ‘90s, we don’t need you to manually enter every card detail. We let technology do the work.

  • What is our grading scale?

    At Zeagley, we use a 1 to 10 grading scale with 0.5 increments for precise evaluations. Our proprietary algorithm analyzes multiple factors, assigning grades based on strict, predefined thresholds to ensure consistent, accurate, and fair results every time.

  • What happens after I submit a card?

    After placing your order, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions. We’ll notify you when your card arrives, and again once it has been graded and is on its way back to you.

  • Can I choose my own return shipping?

    If you’d like to upgrade your return shipping or add additional insurance, email us at contact@zeagley.com with the subject line "Shipping | Order #." We offer overnight shipping, extra insurance, local pickup in Seattle, and even hand delivery to via flight.
